Andy Hubbard
FOUNDER
Andy is a qualified bricklayer by trade and can also carry out every trade associated with development from setting out and driving the machines to plastering and plumbing. His 30+ years of construction experience has seen him build in excess of 200+ houses and worked on larger commercial schemes such as supermarkets, industrial units, schools and retail parks. He is SMSTS qualified ensuring the sites are run correctly and safely. Andy’s success has resulted in many people asking him to educate and mentor them to guide them through their first development and avoid any mistakes.
Sam Hubbard
CO-FOUNDER
Andy’s wife deals with the day to day running of the business and manages the new build interiors, the sale of the properties and bringing in subcontractors and sourcing materials. You will often see Sam on site mucking in with the hard work whilst bringing everyone much welcomed food and drink. Even though we are always busy with a pipeline of developments, Sam is always on the lookout for new opportunities and is a great networker.
