Billy has been investing in multi-lets in Liverpool since 2012 and during that period has built up a portfolio of multi-lets ranging from 3 to 17 bedrooms.
The portfolio currently has over 150 rooms across Liverpool and Manchester.

By utilising partners, building and management can be outsourced
Risk of voids can be managed as there are multiple tenants.
One of the reasons Billy has been able to build his portfolio so rapidly is that he has focused on utilising momentum investing.
Billy is a full time property investor. He acquired his first property in 2002 in Ireland.
Since then he has executed a number of different property strategies including Student Housing, Single Lets, Serviced Accommodation, Commercial Property, Commercial to Residential, Buy To Sell, Lease Options, Rent to Rent, Bridging Finance and Overseas Property Investing.
His current areas of focus are around multi-lets, developing and restoring listed buildings and helping other investors move to the next level on their property journey.
In 2016 he was voted by his peers as the top performer of Simon Zutshi’s year long mastermind program.
He is regularly invited to speak at networking events across the UK as well as being featured in Your Property Network magazine and Inside Property Investing.
Billy recently launched Kensington Finance that provides short term finance to property investors.
As well as focussing on his own portfolio and developments, Billy provides advice to other investors and developers to establish a strategy, raise finance, source opportunities and structure deals. He is also a board member and founding member of the Property Entrepreneur Community.
Prior to being a property investor, he was a management consultant for 15 years working in the US, Europe and Middle East, typically advising at board level.
